Delete your Memo account here. This page is public, so you can use it without the app.

How to delete your account
- In the Memo app: open "Profile" → "Delete account" and confirm by typing your account email address.
- On the web: sign in on this page, type your account email address and confirm the deletion.
- If you cannot sign in, write to support@memo.top from the address registered on the account and we will delete it on request.
What is deleted
- Your profile: email address, name, username and avatar.
- Pages and widgets, including ones deleted earlier.
- Bookmarks, stored page copies and screenshots.
- Notes, secret notes and tasks.
- Files in the memo.top storage.
- Sharing settings, notifications and imports.
- Access tokens: you are signed out on every device.
What is not deleted
- Backups, if they are taken, may contain deleted data until they expire.
- Files uploaded earlier to the files.web.money storage: only our records of them are deleted, the files themselves stay there.
- Calendar data is deleted in the calendar service in the background on a best-effort basis; the calendar service account itself may remain.
- Bookmarks you added to other users' shared widgets stay with their owners — no longer linked to you.
- Data already shared with external services (Yandex.Metrica, Google, Telegram, VK) is held by them.
- If you sign in again later — including through the calendar (Events) service — a new, empty account is created; your previous data will not reappear.
